The webcam, and much more, was set up by Wally (Wacek) Lupa of N. L. Construction, Inc.
N. L. Construction, is owned by a Polish family--Joan (Janina) & Henry (Henryk) Lupa of Ludlow, MA.
Besides being a leader in the Design/Building marketplace, they have worked with public and private owners alike
to construct some of the most complex and challenging of projects.
The Lupa's are strong supporters of their community and are widely known for their work
in establishing the spectacular Lupa Zoo of Ludlow, MA.
N. L Construction is constructing a new lobby for the Polish Center with elevator enabling access to all floors,
new emergency stair tower, electrical upgrade and new handicap accessible bathrooms.
A fire sprinkler system and new climate control system are also being installed in the whole building.
